Barra Summer Garden Home/Cabin (3m x 3m): Storage Area for garden equipment and furniture
Our garden summer house called Barra is made of high-quality Baltic sourced pine with interlocking tongue and groove joints in the ceiling, floor and cladding and can be made from either 28mm wallboards or 44mm wallboards. 44mm wallboards are better suited for a summer house.
The wood used in all our summer houses is 3-4 times the thickness of a normal weatherboards that is used in standard summerhouses or sheds and is very durable for the Glasgow weather and keeping the heat in.
The Barra at 3 metres by 3 metres has two doors with windows for the exterior. Two windows for the appearance and penetration of daylight. The roof is a heavy-duty mineral roof that withstands mechanical loads, and it is waterproofed, so it is protected even though a hard Glasgow winter.
There are a number of functions you could use for this summer house, but with the sizes being 3 metres by 3 metres, most would use it for garden furniture and garden equipment. The Barra is made of excellent wood and has a long service life.
